Ciele Training

Earlier this month I had the opprotunity to attend a training with Ciele’s founder Nikki DeRoest. I got to learn about all of thier products, see them applied, and absorb all of Nikki’s tips and tricks. I also got to take home a few of their products to play around with myself.

What is Ciele?

Ciele is a makeup company started by celebrity makeup artist Nikki DeRoest. The first thing you’ll notice is that every product has an SPF rating. This is what sets Ciele apart from other brands at Sephora or on the market in general. They infuse all of their makeup products with SPF, so that you can layer your sun protection at every step. Ciele is also CLEAN at Sephora, but they took it a step further to address acne-prone skin. They are also CLEAR at ciele, which means they exclude a lof of ingredients that are known to clog pores or be problematic for acne prone skin. You’ll find that almost every product passes my ingredient checker. As someone with acne prone skin, it’s so exciting to see a mainstream brand offering this to the market.
